Who is Jordanis
Jordanis Kleinöder Stafidis combines deep process expertise with productive AI. Seven years of process management in the mid-market, five of them as product owner of an ESM/ITSM platform with hundreds of users – and since 2026 solo founder of Procevia GmbH.
As a Mistral AI Ambassador he tests and runs models in real production. Digital sovereignty is architecture for him, not a slide. In parallel he shares what he learns – from meetups in Cologne to hackathons and events in Paris.
